SuitesByHeadPoets (Headpoets barbershop) — last updated August 2026
SuitesByHeadPoets provides an online booking platform for booth-rental barbers. Each barber independently sets their own availability, services, and pricing. By booking through this site, you agree to show up for your scheduled appointment or to cancel or reschedule it beforehand from your account (or from the link in your reminder text, if you have opted in to texts).
This is an account-notification and customer-care messaging program for SuitesByHeadPoets. It is not a marketing, promotional, lead-generation, or affiliate program.
Consent to receive text messages is obtained directly from you on this website via a dedicated, unchecked-by-default opt-in checkbox on the account sign-up form. Checking the box is optional — you can create an account and book appointments without it — and it is not bundled into any other agreement. The message type, frequency, "Msg & data rates may apply," and opt-out ("Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help") disclosures appear directly next to that checkbox. When you check it you agree to receive text messages from SuitesByHeadPoets related to:
Separately, if you request a one-time verification or password-reset code, we send that code by text because you asked for it, whether or not you have opted in above. In the same way, if you check in as a walk-in, we send you a single text once a barber claims you, telling you their name and booth number — that message is the direct result of your check-in request and is not sent otherwise.
Message frequency: varies based on your bookings and account activity — typically 2–5 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SuitesByHeadPoets does not sell, rent, lease, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or any consumer consent information to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates, including for lead generation, affiliate marketing, or promotional purposes. Your number is disclosed only to our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, solely to transmit the messages you have requested.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
